Tamra Phelps - Front Office Reception
Tamra is one of the first friendly faces you will see when you walk through our door! She is a people person and ready to help you with whatever you may need. She works efficiently with scheduling appointments, filing insurance claims, answering our phones and communicating with our wonderful patients. Tamra and her husband Dustin have two adorable children, Konnor and Kylin .
Beth O'Neil- Insurance Coordinator
Beth is our insurance coordinator and works hard to make sure you are getting all you can from your insurance benefits. Beth has been working in the dental field for over 16 years starting as a chairside clinical assistant before moving to the front office. She says her favorite part of dentistry are the relationships she is able to build with patients. Beth resides in White House, TN where she was born and raised along with her husband Daniel and their three children, Triston, Presley and Chance. When she isn't checking insurance and scheduling patients at the front desk, you can find Beth spending time at home with her family, rooting for the UT Vols or serving at Compassion church where she is actively invovled!
Julie Swearingen, RDH - Dental Hygienist
Julie received her degree in dental hygiene from Western Kentucky University and also has a degree in communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For seven years, Julie had her own business working as a fill-in hygienist for various office around middle Tennessee, including our own! She served on the House of Delegates of the Tennessee Dental Hygienists Association and on the board for the Nashville Dental Hygienists Association. In her first career, she was Director of Communications for the Tennessee Bar Association and has provided marketing and public relations services for the banking and mortgage banking industries. She lives on 45 acres with her husband , two daughters, three dogs, a cat, and even a few chickens from time to time. We feel very privileged to have Julie as a part of our team!
Chermelle Boone, RDH - Dental Hygienist
Chermelle is one of our amazing dental hygienists. She is one of the newer members of our team, although definitely not new to dental hygiene! In fact, Chermelle worked alongside Dr. Harding for many years at a Nashville area practice before deciding she wanted to stay closer to her home here in Goodlettsville. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and is loved and highly requested among our patients! She has the gentlest touch when it comes to cleaning teeth, but her sweet personality is equally as gentle and caring. Chermelle is married with two children and enjoys spending her free time with her family. Chermelle is also a talented jewelry maker and enjoys creating pieces to share with her friends and family.
Tammy Deinema - Dental Assistant
Tammy is a Registered Dental Assistant. She has worked with our office since 2004 and feels extremely blessed to have found such a great team of coworkers to work beside who feel also like her extended family. She loves her job and her patients. Tammy is married to her best friend, Geoff. They have been fostering children for many years and recently permanently adopted a son and daughter!
Diana Rodriguez - Dental Assistant
Diana is cross trained to work both in our front administrative office and also in the back as a clinical assistant. She is a wonderful asset to our office and always strives for diligence in all she does. We are very blessed to have her as our in-house translator as she is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. Diana is currently continuing her education at Volunteer State University in pursuit of a Dental Hygiene degree. She has two daughters at home, Leticia and Karla.
Melissa Alexander- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Melissa is a cherished member of our team, serving as one of our talented dental assistants. Originally from Northern Kentucky, Melissa received her dental assistant certification in 2009. After practicing for several years, Melissa decided to further her education at the University of Tennessee and obtained certification in expanded functions which allows her to do more advanced skills such as place fillings after the doctor has prepared the tooth. Melissa says her goal is to ensure that each patient in her care feels 100% informed and comfortable during their visit. Outside of the office Melissa enjoys yoga, boating and spending time with her husband Michael and their children Caleigh and Evan.
